This pivotal role empowers you to define vision, ideate new initiatives, and optimize critical systems from conception to completion. You will be instrumental in implementing process improvements, automation, and eliminating ineffective processes, directly shaping our end-to-end technical and operational landscape.

Job Description

As a Software Development & Technical Operations Engineer, you will play a critical role in shaping our technical infrastructure, driving innovation, and ensuring operational excellence across our expansive, end-to-end business processes. This role requires a strong self-motived, autonomous subject matter expert who identifies problems, proposes solutions, and drives initiatives from conception to completion without direct mentorship.

Role Responsibilities

Software Development & Engineering: Design, develop, and maintain robust software solutions for internal systems and tools. Diagnose system issues via comprehensive log analysis, build insightful data visualization dashboards with Tableau, and continuously optimize throughput. You will directly enhance the reliability, scalability, and efficiency of our process and software tools.

Project Leadership & Management: Lead complex technical projects from inception to completion, acting as a pivotal bridge between technical teams and business objectives. Translate high-level technical requirements into actionable project plans, manage timelines, and ensure projects stay on track and adhere to quality standards. You will guide cross-functional teams, foster collaboration, and effectively communicate project status, risks, and technical details to stakeholders at all levels.

Operational Excellence & Process Management: Establish and maintain high standards of operational efficiency and reliability across our global diagnostics, logistics, and infrastructure processes. This includes creating and refining Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), coordinating large operational teams, and providing precise technical guidance to partners (e.g., Contract Manufacturers). A core focus will be on identifying inefficiencies, implementing strategic process improvements, introducing automation where beneficial, and actively eliminating outdated or ineffective processes to drive measurable operational gains.

Minimum Qualifications

7+ years of software development, with proven experience in Python, JavaScript (JSON), and SQL
5+ years of experience in project management
Expertise in data collection, handling and visualization. (Tableau, SnowFlake)
Strong understanding of networking fundamentals and content delivery networks (CDNs)
Advanced capabilities in comprehensive log analysis and system diagnostics.
Demonstrates innovation and creative thinking. Strong pursuit of excellence.
Demonstrated ability to identify inefficiencies, develop process improvements, and implement automation solutions.
Ability to effectively direct and coordinate operational teams, providing clear technical instruction to internal and external partners (e.g., Contract Manufacturers).
Exceptional communication skills, capable of translating complex technical concepts for diverse audiences.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience managing vendor and contractor relationships within a global supply chain context.
Familiarity with agile development methodologies.
Operation understanding of enterprise systems such as SAP, Agile PLM, or MDM.
Experience creating and maintaining Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and technical documentation.
