Role Overview:

We are seeking a Production Admin Assistant to assist and support our busy Liberty London production team to deliver business KPIs and targets in an accurate and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities:

Supporting the team by setting up product styles and processing orders across internal systems with precision
Maintaining critical documents, ensuring all information is accurate, current, and easily accessible
Assisting with the management of the critical path and delivery schedules to keep projects on track
Partnering closely with the shipping team to coordinate the seamless movement of samples and bulk production, both inbound and outbound.
Overseeing stock levels of in-house trims.
Providing day-to-day support to the production team as business needs evolve.
Acting as a key communication point, sharing timely and accurate updates with factories, warehouses, and internal stakeholders.

What We’re Looking For:

Strong Excel skills and confidence working with data
A self-starter who shows initiative while thriving in a collaborative team environment
Exceptional organisational abilities with strong time management skills
An analytical mindset with a keen eye for detail across both data and physical product
Clear and confident communication skills, with the ability to engage a wide range of stakeholders

About You:

Previous administrative experience is beneficial, but not essential; we value potential and attitude just as much as experience.
Exposure to retail environments is advantageous, though not required.
