Job Title: B2B Marketing Program Manager

Location: Shoreditch (Hybrid – 3 days per week onsite)

Duration: 12 months contract initially

Max. Budget: £74k per annum + paid holidays + pension or £390 per day Inside IR35

The Opportunity:

We’re hiring a B2B Marketing Program Manager to join us. You will be responsible for supporting our B2B campaigns, content and asset strategy for digital, field and channel marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute marketing program strategies aligned with business objectives to support the field, demand, and channel marketing engines.
Support content strategy for campaigns, events, and webinars.
Ensure consistencies across content and communications across all routes to market.
Act as the primary B2B marketing contact for collaboration with internal content teams in Enterprise Marketing and the US as well as Client’s Studio & brand operations teams.
Develop content strategy for automated and nurture email programs.
Use data and testing to optimise content and targeting.

Qualifications/Experience:

5+ years’ experience in B2B marketing program management, content management, or demand generation campaign execution.
Strong project management skills and ability to transition strategy to execution.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or related field.

Preferred:

Channel Marketing experience
Experience in content strategy & development
Ability to work in fast-paced, cross-functional organisation
