What This Role Is About

You will apply your sales experience to evaluate AI-generated sales conversations and decisions, helping the AI learn what good sales logic looks like.

You aren’t selling live.

You’re teaching AI how to sell — by analyzing conversations, spotting gaps, and improving reasoning.

This is ideal for experienced sales professionals who:

Understand the full sales funnel

Can analyze strategies, objections, and closing logic

Know what good sales reasoning sounds like

Want to expand into AI and data operations

What You’ll Do

Review and evaluate AI-generated sales conversations
Analyze objection handling, positioning, and negotiation logic
Identify gaps, inconsistencies, or flawed reasoning
Provide structured, domain-driven feedback
Help train AI models to think like a senior salesperson

This role blends sales expertise + analytical reasoning to help build better enterprise AI.

Who We’re Looking For

7+ years of B2B sales experience

Consultative / enterprise sales background

Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, Outreach, etc.)

Strong sales logic & structured thinking

Comfortable evaluating conversations (not just doing them)

Bonus if you’ve worked with:

SPIN / Challenger / MEDDIC / Sandler

Sales Enablement

Team leadership or coaching

Role Details

Contract Basis

~30–35 hours/week

Remote Role

Flexible schedule (PST preferred)

Work with world-class enterprise AI teams
