Job Description
Within the Data AI Tribe, the Product Owner is responsible for ensuring the consistent evolution of the document management platform across 14 Arval countries (spread across 3 continents and 8 time zones).The team comprises approximately 20 people in 4 countries (France, Spain, the Netherlands, and India), working in an agile environment in close collaboration with international business teams and other platforms.You will be responsible for the functional governance of the product and for consolidating the product backlog with the Product Owner and stakeholders, thereby strengthening the platform strategy. In constant interaction with the Agile development team, you will be responsible for the quality of service provided to the client and will anticipate and build the roadmap to integrate all functional and technical requirements.This role has a strong international focus, and English is the primary working language. Agile Context Facilitates Grooming Sessions, Sprint Planning, Sprint Review, Planning Poker, QBR, and QAP rituals.Languages- English (Fluent)- French (Fluent)Tools, TechnologiesMethodologies- Agile Methodologies (Proficient)Location- Rueil-Malmaison. Experience- 5 years Daily Responsibilities- Implementing the strategy and ensuring continuous product improvement. - Define, maintain, and implement the product roadmap functional, technical, and team transformation (Agile, Sourcing, etc.).- Ensure the governance, management, and prioritization of the product backlog and budget.- Be responsible, with the teams Designers, for defining user stories acceptance criteria and other requirements must be clearly defined (Definition of Ready, Definition of Done, etc.).- Facilitate community engagement and grooming sessions with Business Product Owners and Stakeholders.- With the Scrum Master, facilitate relationships between stakeholders and foster community engagement.- Promote awareness and use of the platform among project managers and stakeholders.- Anticipate, gather, and refine requirements to integrate them into the platform strategy.- Ensure service quality implement improvement initiatives and track incidents and issues.- Contribute to the IT PO Community.- Be a key player in change management and a driver of Agile transformation (contributing to the improvement of working methods).- Ensure the security of assets and promote and monitor improvement initiatives.- Liaise with other Data Squads and Tribes within One IT to ensure end-to-end development of features in the domain backlog.- Build and monitor platform KPIs and promote awareness and use of the platform among stakeholders.- Coordinate IT with suppliers, business units, and other IT stakeholders (DBA, Scheduling Flow, Finance, Digital teams, among others).- Within the Data Tribe, Data Operations Product Owners are responsible for the products and assets that cover data storage, transformation, and flows within
