Client

We are recruiting for a Banking & Finance Associate (2-5 years PQE) for a top 60 law firm.

The role

You will act for a variety of lenders, corporates and sponsors on a range of transactions including leverage finance, real estate finance, project finance and asset based lending.

Candidate

You will have between 2-5 years PQE in banking and finance and must have strong drafting skills. Experience in real estate finance and/or leveraged finance would be beneficial.
