Dynamics Customer Service Architecture Analytics .NET

Job Specifications

Client looking for someone with experience developing Power pages and D365 Customer Service and a demonstrated experience with developing solutions that meet accessibility requirements.

As part of the recent migration of a .NET application to Dynamics 365, we are now seeking a skilled Dynamics 365 consultant. This resource will collaborate with our Data Analytics team to transition client reporting from Cognos (Oracle) to Microsoft Fabric.

The position will be hybrid; we anticipate that the resource may need to come in at least once a week to work with the project team.

Technical knowledge

Dataverse table structures (formerly CDS)
Experience with:
Virtual tables
Security roles, field security profiles
API and OData access patterns

Dataverse–Fabric Integration

Understanding:
Synapse Link for Dataverse
Fabric Real-Time Intelligent Data Platform integration
Change tracking in Dataverse
Data refresh considerations for operational reporting

Microsoft Fabric

Understanding of Fabric workspace architecture (Lakehouse, Data Warehouse, OneLake).
Experience with Lakehouse modeling (Delta tables, Medallion architecture).
Knowledge of Fabric pipelines and Dataflows Gen2 for ETL.
Ability to set up Direct Lake, DirectQuery, or Import modes appropriately.
