Job Title: Sourcing Analyst
Location: Beaverton, Oregon (Hybrid)
Job Summary: We are seeking analytical, proactive professionals to join our team supporting a major player in the global sports and apparel industry. Our team values strategic thinkers eager to drive sourcing and cost planning activities while collaborating in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
Responsibilities
Collaborate with cross-functional partners in product creation, finance, supply planning, materials, and manufacturing to implement sourcing strategies.
Manage the cost planning process, supporting profitability targets and assessing tradeoffs between product cost, margin, and other project criteria.
Execute strategic sourcing activities from initial planning through seasonal execution, ensuring alignment with overall category goals.
Leverage advanced data analysis to identify trends, provide business solutions for complex issues, and present findings to stakeholders at all levels.
Experience/Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in business, textiles, supply chain, or related field preferred; an additional 2 years of relevant experience may be considered in lieu of degree.
Minimum 3 years' experience in sourcing, supply chain, or product/manufacturing roles, with specific knowledge of apparel, footwear, and/or textiles.
Demonstrated expertise in Excel (including formulas, pivot tables, and vlookups) and solid grasp of retail math and analytics.
Strong interpersonal skills to influence, collaborate, and build consensus in both independent and team-focused settings.
