Role overview

This role is pivotal to WGSN’s customer growth and retention strategy across EMEA. You’ll be responsible for driving client value, embedding our pricing and packaging strategy with excellence, delivering risk mitigation plans, and ensuring commercial success across your portfolio. You’ll lead, coach, and inspire a team of 6–8 Account Managers to achieve revenue growth, increase client engagement, and retain clients.

We are looking for a strategic and data-driven people leader with a passion for client excellence and team development. You’ll have a strong track record in account management or customer success, ideally in a subscription-based or SaaS-like business, and bring energy, accountability, and deep commercial understanding to every aspect of the role.

The team

You’ll be part of a fantastic, multicultural Account Management team based in London, serving clients across the EMEA region. The team works with global brands across sectors such as Fashion, Beauty, Interiors, Lifestyle, Food & Drink, and Consumer Tech, helping them create tomorrow’s most successful products. This role reports directly to the Head of Account Management and manages a team of 6–8 Account Managers.

Key accountabilities

Lead, coach, and develop a team of Account Managers to exceed retention, growth, and upsell targets, delivering 100% + value retention rates
Execute WGSN’s pricing and packaging strategy with operational discipline and commercial impact
Drive client success through strategic account planning and by building deep customer relationships
Develop and implement proactive risk mitigation strategies to preserve account health
Analyse team and client data to uncover growth opportunities and optimise performance
Monitor KPIs and forecast revenue with accuracy and insight
Champion the use of CRM (Salesforce) and sales tools to improve workflows and reporting
Foster a high-performance culture centred on accountability, growth, and shared wins
Collaborate cross-functionally with New Business, Product, Marketing, and Customer Success teams

Skills, experience & qualifications

3+ years leading high-performing Account Management or Customer Success teams in a B2B environment
Proven success managing the full post-sale lifecycle, from onboarding through renewal and upsell
Commercially astute and client-obsessed, with a consistent record of exceeding revenue and retention targets
Skilled in developing and executing pricing strategies, growth plans, and client engagement models
Data-first thinker with strong experience in CRM (Salesforce), forecasting, and reporting dashboards
Strong coaching and leadership capabilities, with a passion for team development and success
Confident communicator and strategic thinker, able to influence clients and internal stakeholders at all levels
Agile and solutions-oriented, thrives in fast-paced, outcome-focused environments
Experience in international or multi-market teams is a plus
