Marketing Account Coordinator

What you’ll be doing:
Client Services Support (Approx. 50%)
Support internal client relationship management by acting as a day-to-day partner and consistent point of contact for digital marketing initiatives.
Assist Client Service and Project Management team members in managing client expectations, timelines, and deliverables across active campaigns.
Own the intake of digital marketing requests in Adobe Workfront, ensuring requests are complete, clearly scoped, and prioritized before entering execution.
Translate internal client needs and business objectives into clear, actionable project requirements for internal teams.
Partner with internal teams to ensure proactive, action-oriented solutions are delivered in support of client goals.
Support monitoring of campaign performance and progress, helping gather insights, flag trends, and identify potential risks or opportunities.
Identify opportunities to apply marketing best practices or optimize campaign approaches based on performance and client objectives.
Track deliverables, milestones, approvals, and dependencies to ensure work stays on track and aligned.
Proactively flag potential delays, scope changes, or risks and support clear communication to maintain alignment across teams.
Project Management (Approx. 50%)
Own and manage digital marketing requests within Adobe Workfront, including task creation, timelines, and workflow adherence.
Build and maintain project plans, production schedules, and task assignments for e-commerce marketing initiatives such as campaigns, banners, site updates, alerts, and email.
Coordinate execution across cross-functional teams, ensuring work stays on track and aligned to priority and capacity.
Monitor team capacity and help balance workload across teams based on urgency, complexity, and turnaround time.
Lead or support daily standups or workflow check-ins to surface blockers and align priorities.
Ensure consistent documentation, status updates, and project hygiene within Workfront.
Support process optimization efforts, including improving intake forms, workflows, templates, and documentation.
Troubleshoot workflow, resourcing, or operational issues that impact campaign delivery.

Client requests are clearly defined, well-scoped, and moving through the system efficiently.
Internal teams have clear priorities, realistic timelines, and the information they need to execute.
Campaigns and e-commerce updates launch on time, with fewer last-minute escalations.
Workfront is accurate, organized, and trusted as the source of truth.
Who we’re looking for:
3–5 years of experience in digital marketing project management, client services, marketing operations, or traffic coordination.
Experience working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment with multiple stakeholders.
Strong working knowledge of Adobe Workfront or similar project management tools (required).
Familiarity with e-commerce marketing workflows, digital campaigns, and creative production processes.
Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
Clear, proactive communicator who is comfortable working across teams.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to shifting priorities.
Experience supporting both client-facing and internal operational teams is strongly preferred.
