I am hiring for Programme Manager – (Banking Technology Transformation/Payments/PCI DSS/Platform migrations/Legacy decommissioning/leading)
Location: Northampton, UK (Hybrid) - 2-3 Weekly onsite
Job Description
Lead a large-scale, multi-year banking transformation covering API gateways, payment/card switching, routing, network controls, and security platforms
Define programme scope, roadmap, governance model, delivery milestones, and success metrics aligned with enterprise technology strategy
Drive end-to-end delivery including platform migration, resilience uplift, security enhancements, and legacy system decommissioning
Ensure compliance with banking change governance, regulatory frameworks, risk controls, and audit requirements
Manage senior stakeholders, vendors, and third-party partners while providing executive-level reporting and decision support
Own programme financials, benefits realisation, dependency management, and operational readiness for production cutovers
