YOUR MISSIONS:

Lead a team of Sales strategy manager, Sales operation manager , Sales enablement manager and Sales Tools (including CRM) to develop key sales support system/processes required to achieve revenue and profitability.
Partner closely with EXCom to set ambitious and achievable goals for sales, then put a framework in place to report, analyse and measure progress against them.
Develop relationships and work with Sales, MDs, Marketing, Customer Care, IT, finance to create and refine the tools and processes needed to drive strategic sales programs and motions
Lead the planning process in collaboration with Finance and run the operational cadence of activities, such as Trading meetings/ MDs meeting and support the quarterly and monthly Business reviews with Sales leaders using a common framework. Lead segmentation, territory/account planning, operational planning and offsite strategy workshops.
Design metrics cockpit, processes and mechanisms.
Support the evolution and implementation of sales systems and processes.
Provides insights via external market segment research and deep dives (macro-economic issues and opportunities).
Lead quota planning, new market segment planning.
Support analysis of the performance of Sales to improve sales excellence and productivity.

YOUR PROFILE :

Master's degree
20 year experience: 5 years in consultancy (McKinsey, BCG) and 15 years+ in business.
10 year experience working with C level stakeholders.
Experience delivering scaled GTM motions and defining Sales strategy Go-to-market, GTM operations processes.
5-year Experience in change management and leading teams.
Ability to collaborate effectively across organizational boundaries, build relationships, import/export talents and ideas to achieve broader organizational goals.
English fluent
