Your Responsibilities For This Function

Design and build robust Python components for AI/LLM and data-driven use cases.
Lead and facilitate AI workshops for tech teams: explain AI concepts, limitations, and perspectives; train teams to approach business projects effectively.
Engage with business stakeholders to collect requirements and write technical use cases: clarify needs, formalize inputs, and define target workflows.
Build prototypes/PoCs for LLMs and data pipelines (ingestion, transformation, testing, limited production rollout).
Collaborate closely with business and IT to bridge needs and solutions (roadmap, prioritization, product refinement).
Contribute to architecture and best practices (testing, CI/CD, monitoring), without being tied to any single proprietary product.
Explore complementary applications (light blockchain components: CORDA, Hyperledger) when relevant to use cases.

Your Skills

3–5 years of hands-on Python development (engineering mindset).
Solid understanding of AI/ML concepts, how LLMs work, their limits and perspectives; ability to explain these technically to non-experts.
Practical experience building data pipelines/integration and querying (SQL; structured/unstructured data).
Good development practices: Git, testing, containerization (Docker), CI/CD.
Professional fluency in English (written and spoken).
Strong stakeholder skills: gather business requirements and collaborate effectively with IT.
