Marketing Business Analyst

$52.00 – $54.00 per hour

Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm

Hybrid Schedule in Columbus, Ohio

12 months (Temp to Hire potential after 4 months)

What You’ll Do:

Serve as the primary HubSpot Administrator, providing guidance and expertise to optimize system capabilities and ensure data integrity
Develop and present recommendations for implementing marketing campaigns, defining key business deliverables, and metrics
Collaborate with Marketing and Sales teams in a dynamic environment to ensure system capabilities are fully leveraged
Establish and analyze regular report metrics, provide suggestions for improvement, and execute enhancements
Administer system access and perform functionality validation, error diagnostics, and root cause analysis to maintain system integrity
Provide regular reporting on system utilization, results, and accomplishments in alignment with business objectives

What We’re Looking For:

BA/BS degree in Marketing, Business Management, Computer Science, or Information Management, with interest in marketing, sales, and technology
Minimum of 2 years’ experience administering and utilizing HubSpot or similar marketing automation platforms
Experience with email and landing page development, custom data objects, forms tracking, closed-loop reporting, analytics, and integrations with Salesforce or other applications
Strong working knowledge of Salesforce CRM and related marketing and sales metrics
Familiarity with content management platforms such as Seismic a plus
Understanding of optimal customer lead journeys and the ability to define and track success measures
Exceptional organizational and communication skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced marketing environment
