Job Specifications

We’re looking for a skilled Network & DevOps Security Consultant to join a high-impact contract project in London. This role is outside IR35 and offers the chance to work on both traditional network security and modern DevOps/Cloud environments.

About the Role

As a Network & DevOps Security Consultant, you will:

Assess and secure network infrastructures and cloud environments
Implement and manage firewalls, VPNs, segmentation, and other network security controls
Integrate security best practices into DevOps workflows and CI/CD pipelines
Provide expert guidance and recommendations for remediation and risk mitigation
Collaborate with clients and internal teams to improve overall security posture

Key Requirements

Proven experience in network security consulting
Hands-on knowledge of firewalls, VPNs, and network infrastructure
Experience with DevOps security: CI/CD pipelines, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), automation
Familiarity with vendors such as Cisco, Palo Alto, Fortinet, or similar
Strong communication and client-facing skills
London-based and able to work on-site as needed
