Avanciers is a premier IT Staffing/Consulting organization and we are currently recruiting for a contract role for one of our premier client in Canada for ServiceNow APM developer This is an onsite role and client is actively hiring for this position.

Role: ServiceNow APM developer

Employment Type: Contract

Duration: 6+ months

Location: Onsite (Ottawa, ON)

Rate: $85/hr - $95/hr CAD (Depending on Experience)

Role Overview: We are looking for a ServiceNow APM & Demand Specialist to serve as the architect of our digital transformation. You won’t just be configuring modules; you’ll be building the engine that drives our project prioritization and strategic decision-making.

What You’ll Do:

Architect the Portfolio: Lead the configuration of the Application Portfolio Management (APM) module—from lifecycle stages to complex scoring models.
Engineer Smart Workflows: Build and refine sophisticated routing logic and scoring automation using Flow Designer to bridge the gap between Demand and Project workflows.
Custom Development: Bridge the gap between "out of the box" and "perfect fit" by developing custom Business Rules, Client Scripts, and UI Actions.
Stakeholder Partnership: Act as a bridge between the PMO and technical teams, translating high-level business requirements into seamless system functionality.
Actionable Insights: Design high-visibility dashboards that track the demand pipeline, capacity impacts, and KPI throughput.
