Working closely with regional and central teams, they will help ensure key business priorities, people initiatives and community activity are clearly communicated and well understood.

Supporting regional teams and central functions with communication plans that bring to life property, people and community initiatives.
Delivering engagement campaigns that reinforce organisational values and drive positive behaviours across the workforce.
Helping to align internal and external messaging by staying close to topics that matter to the business and its stakeholders.
Owning the regular internal newsletter, from content planning through to distribution, with a strong focus on impact and audience engagement.
Assisting with the coordination of internal events, webcasts and projects in partnership with colleagues in the wider marketing and communications team.

Skills and experience

Demonstrable flair for copywriting, storytelling and editing, with the ability to maintain a consistent tone of voice.
Confidence in applying core communications principles, including audience mapping, campaign planning and outcome‑focused content.
Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build productive working relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
High level of attention to detail and strong proof‑reading skills.
A curious mindset, comfortable asking questions and constructively challenging to improve outcomes.
Creative and imaginative approach, with a willingness to put forward new ideas.
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.

Desirable:

Formal qualification in communications or a related discipline.
