Job description:

We are seeking a motivated intern to design, implement, and evaluate deep learning algorithms for the query image retrieval task, specifically applied to identity documents. The solution will need to discriminate between images with subtle differences, such as text written in different fonts or with a single character variation.

The intern will join a team focused on developing advanced algorithms for identity document authentication, contributing to projects that enhance document security.

Key Missions
Research and analyze state-of-the-art query image retrieval methods
Develop deep learning models capable of detecting fine-grained differences in images
Evaluate model accuracy and efficiency on relevant datasets
Collaborate with the team to implement and integrate solutions

Profile description:

Education

Engineering student in the final year of the engineering cycle, or a Master’s student specializing in deep learning, computer vision, and image processing

Technical Skills

Strong background in image processing, computer vision, and deep learning (preferably with PyTorch)

Soft Skills & Languages

Curious, proactive, and autonomous
Fluent in English, both spoken and written
