12 month FTC

Our client, a well-established FMCG business with a strong heritage, is looking for a Supply Planner to join their Customer Collaboration team.

In this role, you’ll support the planning and delivery of products to key customers, working closely with internal teams and customer contacts to ensure strong service levels.

Key responsibilities include:

Supporting service and forecast performance for designated customers
Assisting with data sharing and insights to support collaboration with customers
Working with supply chain, sales, and logistics teams to help ensure smooth product flow
Supporting customer service and supply-related projects across the business
Helping prepare month-end projections for volume and revenue
Monitoring customer KPIs such as service levels, on-shelf availability, and waste

You’ll ideally have:

A strong interest in analytics, supply chain, or FMCG
Good Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables, charts)
An interest in business, data, and problem-solving
Strong communication skills and confidence building working relationships
A willingness to learn new systems and tools
Comfort working with data and presenting insights to stakeholders
