Job Title: Junior Project Manager

Location: London / Hybrid (2 days a week)

Salary: Up to £65,000 + Package

Responsibilities

Plan, coordinate, and oversee projects from initiation through to completion, ensuring milestones and deadlines are met.
Act as the main point of contact for stakeholders, maintaining clear communication and managing expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to keep projects on track.
Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, and presentations for internal teams and stakeholders.
Facilitate meetings, workshops, and reviews to align teams, track progress, and resolve issues efficiently.
Manage project scope, changes, budgets, and resource allocation to deliver successful outcomes on time and within budget.

Requirements

Essential:

Proven experience leading projects in FinTech, financial services, or consultancy settings.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to understand complex business and data processes.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Comfortable working with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project methodologies.
Confident managing client relationships and navigating challenging conversations.

Desirable:

Understanding of the asset management industry and key business workflows.
Formal project management certification such as PRINCE2, PMP, or Agile qualifications.
Demonstrated ability to innovate and solve problems in project delivery.
Skilled at translating technical requirements into business outcomes.
