Location: Juno Beach, Florida or within driving distance. 3 days in the office is mandatory.

SUMMARY:

The Lead Data Scientist will serve as a strategic leader in shaping advanced analytics and AI solutions across the enterprise. This role requires a visionary thinker capable of transforming complex business challenges into scalable, production ready machine learning systems. As a Lead Data Scientist, you will design and operationalize sophisticated models, drive analytical experimentation, and partner with cross functional teams to deliver actionable insights that influence high impact business decisions. You will collaborate closely with engineering and operational leaders to develop data driven solutions that optimize performance, improve forecasting accuracy, and unlock new opportunities for innovation across the organization.

Essential duties and responsibilities:

• Frame high impact analytical opportunities and design experimental approaches.

• Develop and deploy ML models across classification, regression, clustering, deep learning, and time series.

• Partner with business and operations teams to translate insights into measurable outcomes.

• Build production grade pipelines with versioned datasets, reproducible workflows, and monitored inference.

• Leverage cloud ML services and modern MLOps tooling.

• Advance geospatial analytics when applicable.

• Influence enterprise standards for model governance and lifecycle management.

Experience

• 7+ years developing and deploying end to end ML systems.

• Expertise with Python, R, SQL, and ML frameworks.

• Proven experience in production ML, experimentation, and A/B testing.

• Experience partnering with cross functional teams and communicating insights to non technical audiences.

Education

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Engineering, or related field.

- Preferred: Certifications in ML/AI frameworks or cloud platforms.
