Job Description

Job Title: Senior Data Analyst M&A

Position Description: Protingent Staffing has an exciting contract Senior Data Analyst M&A with our client located in San Francisco, CA.

Job Description:

We are looking for a Senior Data Analyst with a strong investment banking background and experience in M&A modeling.
This role will support financial analysis, deal evaluation, and strategic decision-making through data-driven insights.

Job Responsibilities:

Build and maintain financial and M&A models.
Support potential mergers and acquisitions analysis.
Evaluate CIMs (Confidential Information Memorandums).
Develop high-quality presentations and reporting for stakeholders.
Perform data-driven financial analysis to support strategic initiatives.

Job Qualifications:

Investment banking experience.
Experience in potential M&A modeling.
Strong PowerPoint and Excel skills.
Experience evaluating CIMs.

Job Details:

Job Type: Contract
Pay Rate: $60- $68 an hour.
Location: San Francisco, CA (Hybrid).
