Microsoft D365 Senior F&O Consultant (Pharmaceutical Manufacturing) - Outside IR35 Contract - ASAP Start - 2 days a week onsite.

We are seeking a Senior Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations Consultant with proven experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing environments to lead the design and delivery of compliant, scalable D365 Finance solutions. This role requires deep knowledge of finance processes within regulated, validated manufacturing settings.

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end D365 Finance & Operations implementations and enhancements
Design and configure finance, costing, and manufacturing-related processes within D365
Ensure solutions support GxP/GMP-compliant and validated business processes
Advise on pharmaceutical manufacturing best practices, including audit readiness, batch traceability, and compliance requirements
Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to translate complex requirements into robust solutions
Mentor junior consultants and contribute to solution governance

Required Experience

Proven experience as a Senior D365 Finance & Operations Consultant
Hands-on experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing environments
Strong knowledge of D365 Finance modules (GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Cost Accounting)
Solid understanding of pharmaceutical process compliance, including GMP, validation (CSV), and regulated ERP environments
Strong stakeholder communication and leadership skills
