Job Specifications

Position: Lead I – Software Engineering (AI / Python)

Location: Round Rock, TX (Hybrid)

Duration: 6 Months

Notes: W2 only | Hybrid | AI-based assessment (camera on, 80%+ required) | Same-day pre-screen availability required.

Key Responsibilities

8-12 years of experience in Designing and developing Python-based backend services & microservices (FastAPI/Flask/Django).
Build and integrate AI/ML & LLM-based solutions (model inference, APIs, data pipelines).
Develop modern Angular UIs and integrate securely with Python backends.
Deploy and manage containerized workloads using Docker & Kubernetes (Bare Metal/KOB).
Implement CI/CD, automation, monitoring, and observability practices.
Apply security-by-design across applications, APIs, containers, and infrastructure.
Ensure code quality via testing, reviews, documentation, and performance tuning.
Collaborate cross-functionally with product, QA, platform, and security teams.

Required

Strong hands-on Python (3.x) enterprise development experience.
Experience with AI/ML, LLMs, Generative AI, Data Science concepts.
Familiarity with ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, Scikit-learn).
Angular expertise (TypeScript, RxJS, component-based architecture).
Experience with REST/event-driven APIs, SQL & NoSQL databases.
Strong Docker & Kubernetes (KOB) experience (HA, networking, storage, ingress).
