Totalmobile Business Analyst – Contract (6-12 Months)

Location: London (Hybrid Working)

Contract: 6 Months Initial

Day Rate: Competitive (Outside/Inside IR35 TBC)

The Role

We are seeking an experienced Totalmobile Business Analyst to support a large-scale mobile workforce / repairs transformation programme within the social housing / local authority sector. You will play a key role in gathering requirements, mapping processes and supporting the successful rollout of Totalmobile solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements gathering and stakeholder workshops
Process mapping and gap analysis
Supporting system configuration and testing
Translating business needs into technical deliverables
Working closely with delivery managers and suppliers

Essential Experience

Hands-on Totalmobile implementation or upgrade projects
Strong Business Analysis background (BA / Systems Analyst)
Experience within Housing Associations or Local Authorities
Agile / Waterfall delivery exposure
Excellent stakeholder management skills

Desirable

Repairs, scheduling, or asset management knowledge
Experience working alongside NEC, Civica, or similar housing systems
