FP&A Analyst – 6 Month FTC

Location: Crawley

Salary: £60,000–£65,000

Start: ASAP

We’re working with a rapidly growing business to hire an experienced FP&A Analyst on a 6‑month fixed term contract. Reporting to the Financial Controller, you’ll support revenue strategy, pricing optimisation, and financial planning across a high‑performing finance team.

The Role

You’ll analyse revenue performance, improve pricing models, support forecasting, and provide insight to senior leadership. This role suits a commercially minded analyst with strong Excel/BI capability and a data‑driven approach.

Key Responsibilities

Analyse utilisation, customer behaviour and competitor pricing
Support new pricing plans, subscriptions and campaigns
Monitor revenue, utilisation and margin performance
Build dashboards and KPI reporting packs
Highlight underperforming sites and recommend actions
Prepare revenue forecasts and support budgeting
Produce accurate client billing and resolve billing queries
Own month‑end revenue entries

Skills & Experience

Background in pricing, revenue management, FP&A or commercial finance
ACCA/CIMA qualification beneficial
Strong Excel and/or BI skills
Experience with ERP/financial systems
Excellent communication and stakeholder management
High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
Flexible, proactive approach
