How You'll Make Your Mark
Analyze design documents and technical specifications to identify test objectives, scope, and required activities with mentorship from senior engineers.
Contribute to writing, executing, and refining portions of test plans, protocols, and documentation for assigned features and subsystems.
Develop, run, and maintain automated test scripts and harnesses in Python; write modular, reusable, and well-documented test code.
Leverage AI models and LLMs to assist test-case generation, prompt-driven scenario creation, log parsing/classification, anomaly detection, and test prioritization.
Capture and analyze packet traces and system logs (Wireshark, tcpdump); convert findings into clear, reproducible bug reports and verification steps.
Design and execute security-aware test scenarios to validate encryption, authentication, access controls, and threat-informed behavior.
Execute functional, performance, interoperability, regression, and reliability tests in physical and virtual lab environments.
Collaborate with QA engineers, developers, product teams, and outsourced partners to reproduce issues, coordinate fixes, and improve coverage.
Help maintain test environment configurations, version control for test code, and CI/CD integration for automated runs.
