Job Specifications
We are seeking a seasoned ServiceNow Project Manager with a minimum of 7 years of experience to drive successful delivery of ServiceNow initiatives across complex enterprise environments. This role will manage all phases of project delivery, from requirements and planning through implementation and deployment, ensuring alignment with business objectives and technical standards.
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end ServiceNow project delivery, including planning, execution, governance, and closure
Manage delivery of ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, HRSD, CSM, SecOps, and integrations
Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, risk registers, resource plans, and communications
Coordinate cross-functional teams (technical, business analysts, QA, infrastructure) and external partners
Facilitate Agile and/or Waterfall ceremonies and processes (Standups, retrospectives, status reporting)
Track project performance metrics; escalate and mitigate risks/issues proactively
Drive UAT, go-live readiness, cutover activities, and post-deployment support
Provide executive-level reporting and stakeholder communication
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, or related discipline
7+ years of IT project management experience, including significant ServiceNow implementation leadership
Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform capabilities, modules, and best practices
Proven experience with both Agile (Scrum/Kanban) and Waterfall delivery methodologies
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
Solid risk, change, and issues management capability
Preferred Qualifications
ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CIS, or module-specific)
PMP, PMI-ACP, CSM/Scrum Master certifications
Experience with integrations, MID Server, discovery, automation workflows, and CMDB
Experience with enterprise-wide digital transformation and ITIL frameworks
Experience in regulated environments (e.g., healthcare, government, financial services)
