Sales Operations Analyst | Business Planning & Operations

Kings Cross, London, UK (Hybrid) | ⏳ 12-month contract

We’re hiring a senior Sales Operations / Business Planning professional to support a global consumer hardware business operating across retail and telecom channels.

This role sits within a central operations team and partners closely with Sales, Product, and Supply Chain to drive planning, analytics, launches, and operational excellence.

What You’ll Do

Support sales planning, forecasting, and performance reporting
Partner with sales leaders to deliver data-driven insights
Support hardware product launches end-to-end
Drive process improvements and scalable ways of working
Use analytics, automation, and AI-driven tools to improve execution
Work cross-functionally with regional and global teams

What We’re Looking For

10+ years in Sales Ops, Business Ops, Strategy, or Consulting
Experience with consumer hardware, retail, or telco sales channels
Strong analytics and stakeholder management skills
Experience managing multiple initiatives in fast-paced environments
Comfortable working across global teams

Nice to Have

Consumer tech or hardware background
Telco or retail launch experience
Experience using AI or automation in day-to-day work
