Business Analyst - Advanced

Location: Tallahassee, FL

Duration: 1 year with possible renewal

CONTRACTOR QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

Contractor staff assigned to this agreement must possess the following minimum qualifications andexperience:

5.1. Five years of experience as a software development project Business Analyst.

5.2. Five years of experience with software testing.

5.3. Five years of experience with Microsoft Office, Visio, Excel, Word, PowerPoint.

5.4. Five years of experience facilitating meetings.

5.5. Five years of experience documenting process flows.

5.6. Experience creating user guides.

5.7. Experience creating training guides.

5.8. Experience with children’s health care systems.

5.9. Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, business or other related field; or equivalent work experience.

5.10. Experience with Children’s Medical Services 3.0 Health Information Management System.

CONTRACTOR RESPONSIBILITIES:

6.1. SERVICE TASKS: Contractor will perform the following tasks in the time and manner specified:

6.1.1. Schedule and facilitate meetings; including agenda and minutes preparation as directed by the Department.

6.1.2. Prepare process flow charts as directed by the Department.

6.1.3. Prepare design documentation as directed by the Department.

6.1.4. Prepare application test cases, conduct application case tests, and track test status as directed by the Department.

6.1.5. Prepare training documentation and deliver training to users as directed by the Department.

6.1.6. Prepare documentation for all aspects of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) as directed by the Department.

6.1.7. Research project requirements and business logic as directed by the Department.

6.1.8. Document project business logic as directed by the Department.
