In this Role, you’ll get to

* Establish and maintain strong partnerships with local tourism boards, destination marketing organizations, key agencies, and resource providers to co-develop marketing campaigns and enhance platform visibility in the Europe market.
* Research and analyze tourism industry reports and market dynamics to generate actionable insights on consumer behavior, destination trends, and marketing opportunities.
* Oversee end-to-end project management, coordinate with internal cross-functional teams and external partners, and ensure timely and quality delivery of marketing initiatives.
* Participate in international tourism forums to promote the visibility of the destination market resources, increase awareness of the company's brand and market advantages among overseas clients, and facilitate the sale of market resources.

What you'll Need to Succeedinsert Requirements

* Bachelor’s degree or above in Tourism, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field.
* Minimum 5 years of experience in tourism marketing or partnership project management, experience with OTA platforms or destination marketing is preferred.
* Familiar with local tourism landscape and regulatory environment.
* Excellent communication and coordination skills with fluency in English.
* Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.
