INTERIM L&D Specialist required for an initial 3-6 months assignment

Hybrid working - 3:2 based out of Portsmouth with regional coverage, so some travel is required across the South Coast.

START DATE: FEBRUARY 2026

A Learning and Development specialist is needed to join an established business with a strong reputation in their retail space. Supporting across all levels in the business, this role will focus on creating strong capability within the team, from induction processes, project managing career development, training needs analysis, and management of external training suppliers.

The successful individual will be responsible for rolling out blended learning programmes and overseeing one individual within the team.

The permanent equivalent salary is c.£45k - this will be offered inside IR35 as a day rate.
