Position: Lawyer

Type: Hourly contract

Compensation: $90–$150/hour

Location: Remote

Commitment: 10–40 hours/week

Role Responsibilities

Create structured tasks and deliverables based on common legal workflows and real-world requests.
Apply legal expertise to support AI research, evaluation, and model improvement initiatives.
Translate legal reasoning, documentation practices, and decision-making processes into clear formats.
Review peer-developed deliverables to improve accuracy, clarity, and relevance for AI training.
Work independently and asynchronously while meeting project deliverable timelines.

Requirements

Strong years of professional experience practicing law or working in a legal capacity.
Excellent written communication skills with strong grammar, spelling, and attention to detail.
Ability to clearly explain legal workflows, reasoning, and best practices.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Comfortable working independently in a fully remote, project-based environment.
