We are seeking an experienced Jama Connect Specialist to support a large-scale automotive engineering programme within a regulated environment.

This is a high-impact role focused on deploying, optimising, and integrating Jama to enable robust requirements management and end-to-end traceability across complex engineering systems.

You will play a key role in ensuring tooling supports both Agile and structured delivery models across multidisciplinary teams.

Key responsibilities

Deploy, configure, and administer Jama Connect within an enterprise engineering environment
Design and maintain requirements traceability across multiple platforms
Integrate Jama with tools such as Jira, PLM systems, and other engineering platforms
Drive workflow optimisation and process automation
Partner with engineering and systems teams to ensure requirements alignment and regulatory compliance
Develop dashboards, reporting, and metrics to track coverage, quality, and traceability

Essential experience

Proven expertise with Jama Connect in enterprise or complex engineering environments
Strong understanding of requirements management and traceability best practices
Hands-on experience integrating Jama with Jira, PLM, or similar platforms
Experience supporting regulated product development

Desirable

Automotive or advanced engineering sector experience
Background in systems engineering environments
Familiarity with Agile delivery within hardware or embedded programmes
