We're building the complete operating system for businesses; One platform. Banking, cards, payments, crypto, AI agents, CRM, HRIS, collaboration—everything.

We're looking for a Tech Lead who can architect the entire system while we build at AI-accelerated speed using LLMs.

What you'll do:

Architect a multi-tenant platform serving banking, payments, crypto, and various modules
Design security infrastructure (PCI, SOC 2, encryption, auth)
Own compliance architecture (KYB, AML, OFAC)
Review code from AI-augmented engineers (verify correctness, security, performance)
Make infrastructure decisions (databases, cloud, deployment)
Write code on critical paths (core banking ledger, payment processing, crypto custody)

Who you are:

5+ years engineering, 3+ years architecture/staff engineer experience
Built and scaled systems to millions of users
Deep understanding of security, distributed systems, financial infrastructure
Use LLMs for architecture docs and code generation
Comfortable making fast decisions with incomplete information
Excited to build everything from scratch (no integrating with 20 APIs)
