This speed-to-conversation model helps SDRs exceed activity benchmarks while allowing leaders to scale teams without adding headcount.

We’re expanding our Customer Success team to ensure every client achieves measurable pipeline growth through our AI-powered technology.

Role

Individual contributor role reporting directly to the CEO.

Remote within North America (U.S. or Canada time zones).

Compensation:

$80,000 base salary
$10,000+ Commissions for renewals and account expansion
Early-stage equity with meaningful upside

Mission:

Drive customer outcomes. You’ll onboard, train, and partner with revenue teams using Salesfinity to scale outbound efficiency and hit record-breaking connect rates.

The Role

We’re seeking a Customer Success Manager who’s analytical, relationship-driven, and obsessed with customer outcomes.

You’ll act as a strategic partner to our customers—ensuring every team not only adopts Salesfinity but achieves measurable ROI within weeks.

This is a proactive, high-impact role focused on adoption, expansion, and retention, not ticket management.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Onboarding & Enablement
Lead onboarding sessions and CRM integrations (Salesforce, HubSpot, Outreach, etc.).
Train reps and leaders on dialing workflows, analytics, and AI features.
Ensure customers reach usage and performance benchmarks during the first month.
Performance OptimizationMonitor activity metrics (dials, connect rate, meetings booked).
Deliver insights and best practices that improve conversion and efficiency.
Host regular business reviews and optimize based on data trends.
Relationship ManagementServe as the primary point of contact for strategy, renewals, and success planning.
Build trust with sales leaders and RevOps teams through consistent, outcome-driven communication.
Proactively identify risks and act before renewal cycles.
Revenue Growth & ExpansionPartner with AEs to identify upsell opportunities and drive account growth.
Turn customer success stories into advocacy, referrals, and case studies.
Contribute directly to NRR and expansion metrics.
Customer Feedback & Product LoopCapture product feedback and feature requests to influence roadmap.
Communicate product updates and beta programs to customers.
Act as the “voice of the customer” across the company.

Qualifications

1-2+ years of Customer Success or Account Management experience in B2B SaaS.
Deep understanding of outbound sales and SDR/AE workflows.
Strong communicator with executives and front-line users alike.
Data-driven operator comfortable with dashboards and metrics.
Experience with HubSpot, Salesforce, and modern GTM tools.
Scrappy, proactive, and excited to build in a fast-moving, founder-led environment.

Compensation & Benefits

Base Salary: $80,000
Bonus: $10,000 performance-based
Commissions: For renewals and expansions
