The Opportunity
Quadrante USA is expanding its presence in the Energy sector, and we are seeking a Bookkeeper. You will play a pivotal role in supporting external and internal clients. Your duties will include organizing financial data, recording transactions, and performing multiple administrative tasks such as setup the firm as a vendor in clients platforms. Proficiency in QuickBooks Online and Desktop is essential, facilitating your work on financial reporting and assisting clients. This role demands a keen attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
Key Responsibilities
Recordkeeping: Adhere to firm procedures regarding the organization and retention of financial records.
Data Management and Transaction Recording: Accurately and efficiently gather and organize financial data, recording transactions to ensure financial accuracy.
Account Reconciliation: Conduct reconciliations of various accounts to ensure consistency and accuracy in financial reporting.
Financial Reporting: Prepare comprehensive financial reports that reflect financial status and activities.
Client Interaction: Maintain professional relationships with external and internal clients in the US and internationally.
Software Proficiency: Utilize QuickBooks Online and QuickBooks Desktop for financial data entry and management.
Project Assistance: Support the team by participating in special projects and other tasks as required, contributing to the firm's overall goals.
Requirements
Professional Experience: At least one year of bookkeeping experience.
Education: Accounting, finance, or bookkeeping education preferred, or equivalent professional experience.
Technical Proficiency: Experience with QuickBooks online and QuickBooks Desktop.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of effectively interacting with clients and team members.
Organizational Abilities: Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
Confidentiality: Commitment to maintaining confidentiality in all work-related matters.
Professional Attributes: Highly motivated, self-starter with a robust work ethic and a desire to lead. Proven adaptability to new processes and technologies to enhance job performance and office efficiency.
Time commitment: Approximately 20 hours per week.
Authorized to work in the United States.
Compensation
$26-30/hr DOE
