About HealMint

HealMint is building a next-generation wellness platform that combines wearable data, AI-driven health intelligence, and user-owned data infrastructure. Our mission is to transform raw biometric data into daily, actionable guidance—while giving users transparency, control, and long-term value over their health data.

We are a team wirh unique combine expertise in healthcare innovations, AI and Web3. Team members are from Stanford Healthcare, Apple, JP Morgan, Capital Blurcross, Coinbase and Circle. We are also supported by two Stanford biomedical professors and a senior leader from one of the largest medicare insurance company.

About the Role

We are looking for a Full-Stack Engineer who can build end-to-end systems across:

Mobile frontend

Backend APIs and data pipelines

AI / LLM integration

Blockchain-based identity and consent (optional)

This is a high-ownership role working directly with the CTO and founders. You’ll help shape architecture decisions, ship the MVP, and lay the foundation for a scalable health platform.

What You’ll Build

Frontend (Mobile / Web)

Build a mobile-first app using React Native

Implement key user flows:

Onboarding & authentication

Daily health dashboard

AI chat interface

Data vault & rewards screens

Integrate native SDKs (Apple HealthKit, Google Health Connect)

Ensure a clean, fast, and offline-safe UX

Collaborate closely with UI/UX design in Figma

Backend (APIs & Data Infrastructure)

Design and implement backend services using Python / FastAPI

Build APIs for:

Authentication & identity

Wearable data ingestion

Data normalization & aggregation

AI insight delivery

Points & rewards ledger

Design clean, well-documented REST APIs

Implement secure data storage and encryption (S3 / GCS)

AI / LLM Integration

Integrate with domain-specific LLMs via a structured gateway

Implement the AI orchestration layer:

Feature engineering

Rule-based insights

LLM explanations and coaching

Ensure AI safety guardrails (no diagnosis, no medical claims)

Add logging and observability for AI outputs and quality

Collaborate with the CTO on model iteration and evaluation

What We’re Looking For

Required

1 + years of full-stack engineering experience

Strong proficiency in:

React / React Native

Python backend development

RESTful API design

Experience integrating third-party APIs and SDKs

Comfortable owning features end-to-end

Strong debugging and system-design skills

Ability to move fast while maintaining code quality

Nice to Have

Experience with health or wearable data (HealthKit, Google Fit, Fitbit, Oura)

Experience building AI or LLM-powered products

Familiarity with Web3 concepts (wallets, EVM, DIDs, smart contracts)

Startup or early-stage product experience

Experience with data privacy, encryption, or regulated domains

Start Compensation: $2000-$3500/month bases on direct work experiences.
