Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Gen AI Architect to design, architect, and govern enterprise-scale Generative AI solutions on Azure. The role focuses on building secure, scalable, and compliant GenAI platforms leveraging cloud-native AI services and integrating with enterprise applications and data platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Architect end-to-end Generative AI solutions using cloud-based LLM services and AI platforms.
Design and implement RAG (Retrieval Augmented Generation) architectures using vector search and unstructured data sources.
Define GenAI architecture standards, best practices, and reference patterns.
Implement security, privacy, and governance controls aligned with enterprise and responsible AI principles.
Lead integration of GenAI capabilities with enterprise systems, APIs, and business applications.
Establish LLMOps / MLOps pipelines including CI/CD, monitoring, and model lifecycle management.
Optimize performance, scalability, reliability, and cost efficiency of GenAI workloads.
Collaborate with product owners, engineers, and data teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Provide technical leadership and mentoring to development teams.
Evaluate emerging GenAI tools and technologies for enterprise adoption.
Required Skills & Qualifications
10+ years of experience in solution architecture, cloud engineering, or AI/ML systems.
Hands-on experience with Generative AI and LLM-based applications.
Strong expertise in Azure cloud architecture and services.
Solid understanding of RAG, prompt engineering, embeddings, fine-tuning, and inference optimization.
Experience with vector databases / vector search solutions.
Proficiency in Python, REST APIs, and microservices architectures.
Experience with MLOps / LLMOps frameworks and tooling.
Strong understanding of enterprise security, compliance, and data protection.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with AI orchestration frameworks (Semantic Kernel, LangChain, LlamaIndex).
Exposure to agent-based and multi-modal AI solutions.
Experience with regulated enterprise environments.
Cloud or AI-related certifications.
