What you will do

Own the security and availability of complex network environments supporting critical services
Design, configure, and operate firewalls, VPNs, proxies, WAFs, and load balancers in production
Detect, analyze, and resolve security incidents, including high-priority (P1) situations
Perform security audits, vulnerability assessments, and remediation actions
Secure hybrid and cloud-connected networks, including private connectivity to cloud providers
Automate recurring network and security tasks to improve reliability and response time
Act as a senior technical reference, supporting and guiding less experienced engineers
Participate in on-call rotations and on-site interventions when required

What you bring

Must-haves

Strong experience in network security operations within complex environments
Hands-on expertise with enterprise firewalls (Palo Alto required)
Solid understanding of routing, switching, VPNs, and network protocols
Proven experience handling security incidents and operational pressure
Ability to work on-site several days per week and respond to critical incidents

Nice-to-haves

Experience with cloud connectivity and security (e.g. ExpressRoute, ZTNA concepts)
Network/security certifications (e.g. Palo Alto, CCNP Security, equivalent)
Scripting or automation experience (Python, PowerShell, Bash)
Exposure to regulated or critical infrastructure environments
