Job Specifications

Our client in Northern NJ is seeking a front end developer on a consulting basis. This position requires to be onsite 3-4 days a week in the office. Local candidates only - no relocation.

This role is not eligible for employer-sponsored work authorization (e.g., H-1B, OPT, CPT, etc.) or transfer. Candidates must have valid U.S. work authorization

Core Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain web and hybrid mobile applications across multiple platforms.
Build dynamic, responsive front-end applications from initial design concepts through full implementation.
Develop JavaScript-based interactions leveraging industry-standard libraries to deliver rich, high performance client experiences on desktop, mobile web, and hybrid mobile apps.
Strong proficiency in web and mobile UI development using HTML5, CSS, PostCSS, SASS, AJAX, JavaScript, Aurelia.js, and React Native (Flexbox).
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, refine user needs, and support ongoing enhancements to existing websites and new digital products.
Partner with QA and development teams to ensure application quality, compatibility, and adherence to best practices.
Contribute to front-end development efforts within a fast paced Agile environment, participating in sprints, standups, and iterative delivery cycles.

Technical Expertise:

Familiarity with automated testing frameworks, issue tracking systems, and source control tools.
Strong user interface and user experience design capabilities, including usability analysis and responsive design patterns.
Solid understanding of RESTful architectures and Service Oriented Architecture (SOA).
Experience working on high volume, customer centric web applications, including commerce platforms and multivariate testing environments (highly desirable).
