PURPOSE OF JOB

Integrating technical services means working rigorously to ensure the proper functioning of all technical installations on site for the well-being of customers and teams, in a secure environment.

The Technical Manager organizes and manages the operation of the site's technical department in order to ensure the long-term maintenance of assets, the operation of equipment and technical installations necessary for the commercial operation of the site in compliance with regulations and standards.

This person oversees and participates in the organization of safety of teams, customers and assets. They manage a team, a budget, service providers and companies on a daily basis in a spirit of performance research and continuous improvement.

You are

You will

- Be responsible for the operation of the resort's equipment, materials and infrastructure (300 to 1500 people)

- Supervise a team of technicians and subcontractors of around 20 people

- Manage preventive and curative operations for equipment and propose technical improvements or solutions

- Evaluate the costs of maintenance work and be responsible for the validation and qualification procedures for equipment

- Prevent operating incidents and monitor technology

- Manage your budget and guarantee the economic results of the service

- Apply and respect Club Med health and safety rules as well as maintenance of the resort's assets

- Maintain good relations with the authorities, owners, safety commissions

- Unite and motivate the teams around defined objectives and support them in their development
