PHP Developer (Laravel) – Fully Remote (UK-Wide)

A leading company in the insurance sector is looking for a skilled PHP Developer to join their growing team. This is a fully remote role, open to candidates across the UK, offering an exciting opportunity to work with modern technologies in a fast-paced and supportive environment.

Key Details:

Salary: Up to £65,000 per annum
Location: Fully Remote (UK-wide)
Experience Required: Minimum 3 years of professional PHP development experience
Tech Stack: Laravel, PHP, React, JavaScript, Vue.js, AWS

Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain scalable web applications using PHP and the Laravel framework.
Work with front-end technologies including JavaScript and Vue.js to deliver engaging user interfaces.
Design and implement cloud-based solutions using AWS.
Collaborate with the development team to design new features and improve existing functionalities.
Ensure high performance and responsiveness of applications.
Participate in code reviews and follow best practices for software development.

Requirements:

At least 3 years of experience in PHP development.
Proficiency in Laravel framework.
Strong JavaScript skills, with experience in Vue.js.
Familiarity with AWS cloud services.
Experience with MySQL or other relational databases.
Understanding of RESTful APIs and version control systems (Git).
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fully remote environment.
