Product Owner / Initiative Owner – Secure Customer Interactions
Responsibilities
Take end-to-end ownership of the initiative in line with Agile practices at BNPP Fortis
Define and formalize initiative scope, product vision, strategy, and success KPIs
Align customer needs, stakeholder expectations, BNP Group requirements, and market trends
Identify, document, prioritize, and manage Opuses and initiative backlog
Propose and manage a validated delivery roadmap
Collaborate closely with CPO, squads, architects, security, regulatory, risk, and IT teams
Support and guide Product Owners / Opus Owners during ideation and refinement
Ensure alignment with BNP Group Opti-Channel strategy and governance
Monitor delivery progress, risks, dependencies, quality, and KPIs
Prepare and manage initiative budgets (SAP) and track expenditures
Report status, risks, and value delivery to middle and senior management, including C-level
Skills
Required
Strong Agile mindset and experience in Agile delivery environments
Program and project management expertise (strategy, budget, timelines, dependencies)
Excellent stakeholder management and collaboration skills
Strong analytical, synthesis, and problem-solving abilities
Technical and functional understanding for interaction with architects and development teams
Customer-centric approach with strong business acumen
Fluency in Dutch and French; strong command of English
Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills
Preferred
Banking sector experience
Experience with secure or augmented messaging solutions, AI, or digital platforms
Familiarity with change management frameworks (Agile, PRINCE2, ITIL, ADKAR)
