Job Title: Salesforce Agentforce Lead
Location: Alpharetta, GA

Job Summary
We are seeking a Senior Technical Lead based in Alpharetta GA to serve as the primary delivery and engineering leader This role will be heavily hands on responsible for building scaling and leading a high performing engineering team while closely collaborating with US stakeholders IN team members
The candidate will own technical execution across Salesforce Agentforce Python full stack development Angular UI engineering and analytics integrations.
Job Responsibilities & Must Have
10 to 15 years of Relevant experience with strong hands on engineering leadership
Lead and hands on development across Salesforce preferably with Agentforce experience Python backend and Angular frontend layers
Strong proficiency in Python microservices API development and data handling
Solid experience with Angular HTML CSS and TypeScript
Proven strong leading experience working with US stakeholders and IN time zone overlaps
Manage integrations between Salesforce backend services and analytics platforms
Core Banking or FinancialWealth management domain working experience required
Solid understanding of Angular and modern agent desktop front end frameworks
Excellent communication stakeholder management and executive level reporting of deliverables
Technical designing Code reviewing and mentoring team for best practices
Good To Have
Experience supporting global programs or product teams
Exposure to analytics AIML enablement
Salesforce or cloud certifications
The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: $106230 to $145000 Yearly
Capgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national, state, provincial, and local pay transparency laws. The base compensation range listed for this position reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation Capgemini, in good faith, believes it may pay for the role at the time of this posting. In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for additional compensation such as variable incentives, bonuses, or commissions, depending on the position and applicable laws.
