We are partnering with a leading media and entertainment company to hire a Senior Financial Systems Analyst to support Source to Contract (STC) business processes. This is a hybrid contract role focused on Coupa sourcing and contract management, supporting key business stakeholders through system expertise, issue resolution, and ongoing enhancements.

Overview

This role serves as the Subject Matter Expert for Source to Contract processes within Coupa, acting as the bridge between business process needs and financial systems capabilities. The Senior Financial Systems Analyst supports both routine and complex requests while contributing to system enhancements, issue resolution, and process improvements.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the SME for Source to Contract processes within Coupa, with a strong emphasis on sourcing and contract management

• Support business partners with STC-related requests, including troubleshooting system and data issues

• Provide functional guidance and training on Coupa features, configurations, and processes

• Manage the lifecycle of Coupa enhancement requests, including intake, testing, implementation, and release communication

• Communicate system updates, enhancements, and impacts to stakeholders in a clear and timely manner

• Maintain system, process, and training documentation

• Manage and resolve end-user incidents in ServiceNow, ensuring timely and accurate resolution

• Contribute to small to medium-sized projects focused on system enhancements, integrations, and process optimization

• Analyze data and prepare summaries or recommendations to support business decision-making

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience supporting Coupa, preferably within sourcing and contract management (CLMA preferred)

• Hands-on Coupa experience as an end user, systems analyst, or administrator

• Strong understanding of Source to Contract workflows; candidates with accounts receivable–focused backgrounds are not a fit

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or a related field

• Strong communication skills with the ability to partner effectively across technical and business teams

• Ability to work independently on moderately complex to complex initiatives
