Job Specifications

This position will be responsible for the full cycle of new project starting from the stage of RFQ until product delivery. Play as contact window for customer regards topics related to quality assurance.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional problem-solving teams to drive process and product improvements; use of QA methodologies to manage and facilitate issue resolution including root cause investigations and the development, implementation and monitoring of effective corrective and preventive actions;

• Establish and maintain quality performance metrics;

• Develop and implement quality standards to assure products meet expectations of our target customers;

• Support the development of product specifications and tolerances, design and process FMEAs;

• Establish and maintain control plans and inspection standards to assure critical features are controlled through the assembly/production processes;

• Lead/facilitate review and disposition of discrepant materials identified for control of nonconforming product;

• Promote and maintain a culture and attitude of continuous improvement;

• Interface directly with customers on quality issues.

What You'll Bring

• Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Manufacturing related field, or equivalent experience;

• Quality systems experience in a manufacturing environment (automotive);

• Specific training and demonstrated success in applying quality problem solving methods such as fishbone diagrams, FMEA, process capability analysis, hypothesis testing, DoE, SPC, etc.

• Experience with broad variety of measurement and inspection techniques

• Excellent oral, written and presentation communication skills;

• Ability, willingness to travel domestically, and internationally (5% to 10%);

• Use English as working language.
