Job Description

Must-Have Technical / Functional Skills
Strong experience developing Service Catalogs, including Standard and Multi-Row Variable Sets (MRVS).
Hands-on expertise with Flow Designer, including flows, subflows, and decision tables, supporting moderate to complex workflows.
Proven experience building multi-page Record Producers and catalog forms.
Advanced to expert-level experience with Employee Center, including portal configuration and custom development.
Moderate to advanced scripting skills (e.g., JavaScript, Glide APIs) to support custom development and platform enhancements.
Hands-on implementation experience with ServiceNow Discovery, including analysis and troubleshooting of Discovery logs.
Experience supporting CMDB health checks, audits, and data cleanup initiatives.
Ability to perform daily administration and monitoring of ServiceNow Discovery and CMDB processes.
Strong skills in reviewing and analyzing Discovery logs, probes, and sensors to identify and resolve issues.
Practical knowledge of networking protocols such as TCP/IP, SNMP, SSH, and WMI.
Solid understanding of infrastructure components, including servers, databases, storage systems, network devices, and cloud instances.
