Swoon is hiring for our client in San Francisco, CA and this will be a hybrid role.

This is a contract opportunity to start with Benefits - Health, Dental & Vision (50% of premium covered for contractor).

Position’s Contributions to Work Group

This role serves as an embedded procurement partner to business teams, providing hands-on coordination and operational support to ensure purchase requests, supplier onboarding, contracts, and purchase orders flow cleanly through procurement systems and approvals. The Procurement Coordinator works closely with sourcing, supply chain, finance, legal, and logistics partners to translate requests into accurate transactions and keep programs moving quickly and compliantly.

Responsibilities

Serve as the embedded procurement partner for assigned business teams
Guide requests through the appropriate sourcing and purchasing paths
Enter and manage POs and orders in procurement/ERP systems
Facilitate supplier onboarding, track status, and resolve delays
Coordinate with Legal, Security, and other partners on contracts and compliance checks
Track physical goods orders and deliveries with suppliers and logistics partners
Maintain accurate supplier, spend, and delivery data across systems
Generate reports on order status, cycle times, and onboarding SLAs
Document and refine workflows to improve efficiency
Identify opportunities for standardization, automation, and process improvement
