Location: Reading or London (4 days onsite)

Financials: Salary banding £90,000-£105,000

About the Opportunity

We’re working with a Global Telco business going through a huge cyber security transformation! I’m looking for an IAM Senior Manager to lead the Identity and Access Management function, shaping its long-term strategy, roadmap, and operating model. This role will own the design, development, and continuous improvement of IAM services across the enterprise!

What You’ll Do

Lead, coach, and develop IAM Analysts and other IAM team members
Own the IAM strategy, architecture, and multi-year roadmap
Define and evolve IAM policies, standards, and procedures
Drive IAM maturity initiatives such as automation, role mining, and cloud IAM alignment
Represent IAM in governance forums, audits, and architectural boards

What We’re Looking For

IAM and Security Architecture experience
Strong leadership and team-building capabilities
Excellent communication skills with senior stakeholders
Proven ability to develop strategy and deliver complex IAM initiatives
Familiarity with Zero Trust, automation, and multi-cloud IAM desirable
